Project Unnayan
"Unnayan" is a pioneering initiative by the LEO Club of Begusarai, led by me as the District President. This project was launched to empower secondary school students by providing them with targeted career counseling services. The aim is to guide over 200 students in making informed decisions about their educational and professional futures, aligning their career paths with their personal interests and abilities.
The purpose of Unnayan is to address the critical need for accessible, high-quality career guidance for young students at pivotal stages of their education. By intervening early, Unnayan seeks to equip students with the knowledge and tools necessary to embark on optimal career paths, thereby enhancing their future prospects and satisfaction.

Unnayan offers comprehensive career counseling services, including interactive seminars, personalized one-on-one sessions, and computer-based interest and ability tests. The project also extends to assisting students with college selection, understanding admission criteria, and navigating the college application process.
